Would like to see a plugin that identifies opportunities for markup on things like recipes, FAQs, instructional lists, etc. "Hey, this looks like a step by step list, do you want to apply this markup to this content?

Not yet. Maybe include screen shots of rich results in search.

Right now it's more manual based on content analysis/rewriting or pre-meditated strategies.
