[NOTICE] Version after 1.0.0 is published from my fork

Hi, all.

Due to no messages from @59naga and I don't have write access on this repo, I published versions after 1.0.0 from my fork. The master branch and tags are updated to date. Once @59naga is back, it is easy to push back master and tags to this main repo. My fork repo accepts the pull request but not the issues. All issues should be discussed in this main repo. The release notes after v1.0.0 can be check from the release page in my fork.

Besides, @ljharb is helping on managing the fork and the NPM package. Great thanks!
