Devices do not support IPv6

See this ASCOM Developer Forum post by Steve Preston. This revealed that the Falcon's wsgi.simple_server does not support IPv6.

There is a way to make the underlying wsgi.simple_server answer onIPv6, and by setting IPV6_V6ONLY option, it is supposed to allow answering on IPv4 and IPV6.

setsockopt(socket.IPPROTO_IPV6, socket.IPV6_V6ONLY, 0)

However Windows 10 is refusing any change to this option and it is set to 1 (true).
This despite that Microsoft's Documentation for IPPROTO_IPV6 Socket Options saying that it is supported. Calling it gives OSError: [WinError 10022] An invalid argument was supplied.

You could activate Discussions, where such talks would be much faster and "cleaner"...

Actually I'd rather limit discussions to the ASCOM Developer list. I have too many forums to monitor as it is.
