[BUG] doc bugs

There are some doc bugs in the haddocks. The ones I've noticed are: 1. the links to use go to http://hackage.haskell.org/package/accelerate-1.3.0.0/docs/Data-Array-Accelerate-Language.html#v:use which is wrong; 2. the links to Exp from http://hackage.haskell.org/package/accelerate-llvm-native-1.3.0.0/docs/Data-Array-Accelerate-LLVM-Native.html go to http://hackage.haskell.org/package/accelerate-llvm-native-1.3.0.0/accelerate-1.3.0.0/Data-Array-Accelerate.html#t:Exp which is also wrong.

There are likely other bugs as well, these are the ones I found immediately.

I've been looking at the docs on hackage.

I'm uploading the docs manually to hackage, so not sure if it's related to that, or a general problem with cross-module documentation links. From within the accelerate haddocks itself it points to the correct location?
