DNS protection disables when switching VPN server

• Device: iPhone 13

Operating mode

Integrated

Exclusions mode

None, AdGuard VPN app works in integrated mode

Which DNS server do you use?

AdGuard DNS

Custom DNS

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have DNS protection on and be connected via AdGuard VPN in integrated mode
2. Change location in the VPN app
3. Go to AdGuard app and see that DNS protection was automatically turned off after the location was changed in VPN app.

Expected Behavior

DNS protection was expected to stay on even after VPN location was changed.

Actual Behavior

DNS protection turns off after location is changed in vpn app.

Additional Information

This has happened ever since the fix for GitHub issue #457, which I believe was addressed in version 2.10.2. I am glad that the bug was fixed and hope this one can be addressed as well, thanks.

@sidbdsv I was able to reproduce this on my device. We'll look into this issue shortly
