Feature Request: add ignore_patterns

Describe the feature

add configuration so it will not review certain files/folders.
e.g
ignore_patterns:

• "**/*.csv"
• "**/*.json"

Use Case

I want amazon q to review only my code change, and not the text changes (I have some data in the repo not is not code, and change frequently)

Proposed Solution

config file under root/ ./amazonq

Thanks for the feedback! This would indeed be very useful for excluding data files and non-code content from reviews. We will add this to our roadmap.
