Which branch to use? master or NewFastSIMD?

I see the work is being done on the NewFastSIMD branch and not getting merged into master.
As a new user which branch am I supposed to use?
NewFastSIMD seems a lot faster. Is it considered stable?

I am having trouble compiling the library with fastsimd_create_dispatch_library FEATURE_SETS SSE2 SSE3 SSSE3 SSE41 SSE42 AVX AVX2 AVX512.
Is only the default SSE2;SSE41;AVX2;AVX512 supported?

NewFastSIMD is the upcoming v1.0 release branch, the API might not be 100% final. But it shouldn't have any issues with crashes

The other feature sets would give no benefit even if they did compile
