Project page redesign

- Lose the carousel
- Add a section for "useful links"
- Get to the stories faster. Currently, stories are pushed down to far. Can we compress project header stuff (with expand button) to bring stories list higher up the page?
- Should the page be more like Quartz? (stories are open, load stories as you scroll, etc?)
