Handle batch mul edge cases in Ultra arithmetization

We've fixed the edgecases with repeating points and points at infinity, but we are getting a weird issue when trying to create a NAF of 1 and the scalar field is bigfield

tldr: NAF issues with particular scalars has since then been fixed.

Highly likely that this is about NAF of scalars such that the negative part reconstruction has all digits 1 and skew is also 1. This led to overflow in the negative part construction and was fixed in AztecProtocol/aztec-packages#19931

Side note: Kesha fixed this for scalar 0 in this PR but it didn't fix the general case.
