In consumption logic apps with new view cant not shift+click to expand nested sections

Describe the Bug with repro steps

I am in a consumption logic app.
I click on the workflow designer.
I see my action in the canvas.
I have a nested action (scope, condition, nested condition, etc)
I shift +click to open the entire section.
It only performs a click and one layer expands.
Previously it expanded the whole nested view.

What type of Logic App Is this happening in?

Like a week or two ago. It works on the old view but the new one is broken.
