In the "Streaming trajectories from a simulation engine with IMDv3" section of the readthedocs site linked in the beginning of README.md the usage description for GROMACS is missing a hint for the -imdport command line option for mdrun.
The command line option -imdwait is described but choosing the port is also relevant (and shown for NAMD and LAMMPS).
