Set parameters and enable without having to run and trigger #5

Hello, Is there a way to modify the code to be able to set parameters for the DS8R without having to execute the run command? The run command sends a stimulation that I do not want to do to change the parameters. I would like to set the parameters through Python and then send stimulations through the TTL trigger line connected to an Arduino board so I can send a train of pulses that are time spaced accurately and not reliant on Python code to send stimulation.
