Remove / Uninstall packages

It would be nice if you could remove packages just as easily as they were installed

I don't disagree with your point, but I never intended this to be as full-featured as foundry is aiming for. Perhaps Ramen is a decent stop-gap until Foundry is ready. If you've got any ideas on how this could be easily implemented, I'll consider them. :)
