Ffmpeg process stays at 0% on Windows #2

hi Tommy,i'm using windows 7. i have set my ffmpeg path and the ffprobe section works correctly.
i set my input and output for 'change colourspace' via the ffmprovisr presets and I started the queue, but the window just pops up and stays like this:
I'm sure it's some silly issue on my end. Any guidance would be great.
When I copy paste the command generated by your app into cmd, the process completes successfully.
