Topbar, Sidebar and Footer in LteDashboardLayout

1. The user-body and user-footer in LteTopbar are hard-coded and cannot be customized in LteDashboardLayout.
2. LteDashboardLayout does not expose the rightText prop of LteFooter.

Feature Requests

• LteSidebarNavItem.vue supports data-* attributes for the links.
• LteSidebarNavItem.vue also uses "navigate" passed to LteDashboardLayout.
