GRUB loading.

When i use the iso onto a pc that can actually run it, it just says rather Grub loading. or it says Waiting for debugger connection and when i disable debug mode it just says Grub loading

Is this computer UEFI? I don't think Cosmos uses Grub anymore, so you should probably build the DevKit as the UserKit barely gets updated. DevKit should support UEFI.

Ive installed everything but it says i dont have visual studio workloads. Heres my build log
