EssentialsDiscord already provides this config-option, as to enable fake join/quit-messages in the Discord channel. Essentials itself is missing a comparable feature, which broadcasts fake join/quit-messages ingame.
How the feature is useful
Without this feature, players can observe the vanish-behaviour of team-members by simply checking whether they've appeared without a prior join-message or left without a prior quit-message, and can thereby know they may be monitored.
