Hold and drag list item behavior

Feature description

Can we add an option to use 'Hold and drag' to simply move list items for reordering? Currently, it selects multiple items instead

Why do you want this feature?

Selecting multiple list items could be useful, but I tend to reorder items more often than selecting them
