[Feature] Add MongoDB Endpoints to update Sorting Quiz Q&A Mapping

We want to be able to update the question answer mapping on the front end. Each answer to a question maps to a particular cabin.

Question 1:

• Answer 1 ---- Cabin 3
• Answer 2 ---- Cabin 1
• Answer 3 ---- Cabin 2

Question 2:

• Answer 1 ---- Cabin 2
• Answer 2 ---- Cabin 3
• Answer 3 ---- Cabin 1

We want to be able to store the data that that a user inputs to the backend.

Upon a successful request, the sends a status 200 and message “sorting quiz questions sent“.
