route at /branding, has a configurable generator where you can generate + export HackTJ logos. default color is the color for that event site, but users can change to whatever they want

Would mostly be useful for hacktj team members for branding + everywhere else we need the logo but instead of making an internal team service we might as well turn it into a public branding guidelines page
