Number table was not display correctly

Describe the bug
table was appaear twice when you create a new order

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the button new order & 'sur place'
2. See error

Expected behavior
Just display 'table ...' and not 'table table ...'
