Can't open Compact GUI

I've trying to open it for a while now and nothing seems to work. I've refered to the old thread from 2024 and there is no %IridiumIO/CompactGUI/ .
And while I did get the same the ".exe came from another computer" notif as the last person , for me unblocking it did nothing. I did notice that in taskmanager the program would stay open for about 1 or 2 seconds if thats any help

I checked the Event Viewer and this is what I got

If you scroll down in the event viewer event log, does it tell you any more information?

Also I think the problem has smth do to with the version as I installed one of the bast versions 3.0 alpha 7 and have had no problem with it
