Multi-user / Work Profile support missing after redesign and Auto Include affects other users

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

Issue 1 & 2 — Work Profile / Multi-User

Step 1: Set up multiple users or a Work Profile on the device.
Step 2: Open Vector after the latest redesign/update.
Step 3: Check the list.
Step 4: Long-press any installed module and check the available options.

Issue 3 — Auto Include

Step 1: Set up a Main Profile and a Work Profile.
Step 2: Enable Auto Include for the Work Profile.
Step 3: Install a new application.
Step 4: Open Vector and check the module/app selection for both profiles.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

1: Vector should display all available users, including the Main User, Secondary Users, and Work Profiles.
2: Long-pressing a module should provide an option to install the module for another user/profile.

3: Auto Include should be user-specific. If it is enabled for the Work Profile, newly installed apps should automatically be included only for the Work Profile and should not affect the Main Profile or other users.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

1: After the recent redesign/update, the Work Profile and other users are no longer shown in Vector.
2: The option to install a module for another user is no longer available when long-pressing a module.

3: In the older version, when multiple users were available, enabling Auto Include for the Work Profile also affected the Main Profile. When a new app was installed, it was automatically selected in both the Work Profile and Main Profile instead of only the user where Auto Include was enabled.

I have same issue as well
I got Samsung Galaxy A52 and I made work profile using Shelter. Vector can't see apps that are installed there

I think I know why it happens. I checked Magisk app in Work profile that as made by Shelter and when I opened Magisk in work profile, it didn't see zygisk. I use rezygisk and zygisk assistant to hide root from microsoft apps like MSAuthenticator, MSTeams, MSOutlook, banking apps and so on.

While regular/main user had rezygisk and vector working perfectly fine but in Shelter can't see rezygisk. Weirdly enough, ReZygisk itself reports working perfectly fine but other modules are automatically disabled

Okay, confirmed, it is not a zygisk/rezygisk issue. I used regular zygisk and vector to test. In Shelter work enviroement, module is activated, everything is fine. But even tho I launched vector from work profile, it still can't detect apps in work profile.

It is not Magisk/Zygisk/Rezygisk, it is Vector itself.

It is designed that Vector manager should be only available from the main user. You mange multi user from the manager (for main user space) directly, not by launching from other user space.

It is same if I run it from main user. Magisk can see apps in work profile, Vector can't while being run from main user.

Well, it is somehow possible to manage other users with Vector?
Some sort of canary build that allows it?

One more thing:
Modules page of Vector keeps randomly refreshing
Literally when I tried to take screenshot, it refreshed 6 times by itself
