Branch endmill-holes: Nowhere to find a hint on character "E" in the drill file #27

Description

@deHarro

I'm working with pcb-gcode.ulp pulled from branch "endmill-holes".

This branch has implemented the use of a small endmill bit for milling bigger holes by digging on a helical curve into the board, relieving the user from holding a bit for every different diameter.

I somehow figured out, that one has to denominate the tool to be used by helical milling with an "E" instead of the normally used "T" as so:

This works, but I didn't find any explanation in the documentation.

Documentation of that feature would be very helpful for beginners - and for old hands like me 😀.

I saw this different denomination in my current default.drl file and thought, back then I must have figured out how to deal with this to work, but in the meanwhile I forgot about it and had a hard time to just now find the hints in your file "test.drl" (as shown in the picture).
