Out of curiosity, have you done any benchmarking to support that this has a positive impact anywhere (and no drawback elsewhere)? |

I have not done any testing for this package, and actually where I've tested this, it seems to not help as much as I would like. I put it here, as an educated guess was that it would at least not hurt. Feel free to ignore this PR here, as changes are coming in Julia 1.6 and I'll revisit this later. |
