Create Development Environment

• Deploy backend on digital ocean
• Deploy frontend on digital ocean
• Connect with github and establish a development environment, env vars..etc
• Create dummy data for users, courses..etc in database
• All Frontenders should replace dummy data with the APIs as we discussed
