I’m interested in contributing to this issue. I have experience building web applications and implementing settings, form validation, and API-backed data persistence. I can build the Notification Preferences page with Discord, Telegram, and Webhook settings, including validation and persistence, while keeping the implementation consistent with the existing project structure.
