requirements.txt climate dependency missing

In your requirements.txt you specify the package climate

This has been removed from pip:
https://pypi.org/project/climate/0.4.6/

and the users github:
https://github.com/lmjohns3/py-cli

As a result, unable to install the dependencies and run it!
