Describe the bug
After upgrading fom debian buulseye to bookworm a rule-Pattern as
From: 192.168.1. deliver
In a Ruleset for "Non Spam Actions" (or "Spam Actions") seems to be ignored.
The package installed is the deb from MailScanner homepage, for Mail-Distribution exim4 4.96 is used.
To Reproduce
Expected behavior
Mails send directly from hosts in local network should be directly delivered and not redirected by subsequen rules.

- MailScanner Version: [ 5.5.3-2]
- OS Version: [bookworm]
- Installation method: [ Package ]
- Installation: [ Upgraded (mainly debian upgrade, former mailscanner was 5.5.2) ]
