Please clarify "Depending on permissions, not all extras can be restored."

Describe the bug

In Backup/Restore options, some items have a warning: "Depending on permissions, not all extras can be restored." However, AM never explains what this actually means.

What permissions does it depend on? Does it mean that depending on AppManager's own permissions, it may not be capable of restoring an app's extras? Or does it mean that depending on an app's permissions, the app's extras may not be fully restored? How would the user know which extras might be affected by this limitation?

What's the reason for the AI/LLM contribution ban? I can write the patch on paper and mail it if that's easier.

The app is already being used, so I assume this extras warning still shows up. Guess we just haven't heard.
