Add extra configuration files for rsnapshot

rsnapshot is called with a configuration file so we can have arbitrary files for different setups. I think the best solution would be to have one default file for easy configuration but offer a dictionary variable with extra config files to define multiple jobs.

The basic idea is to check an ansible variable for existence. If it does exist, we deploy the rsnapshot.conf template multiple times using different entries from the dictionary and reflecting them in the filename. The goal is to have different backup schedules with different configuration files running. If there's a better way or if that's just a bad idea all together, then I'm very thankful for alternatives.
