bug: surface Physical Chassis Intrusion Alert as an error message in NICO UI

Describe the bug.

During the ingestion process for site controller hosts, we saw the host marked as “Physical Chassis Intrusion Alert” through its Host BMC. It would be nice if this sort of health alert message showed up on the UI as some form of Health Alert/Health Check Failure ==> Intrusion Sensor Triggered. Otherwise, it was hard to debug to find that message.

After clicking "Reset Intrusion" through the host BMC, the host got stuck on the "Start HTTP Boot over IPv4 on MAC: " page and required a manual restart on the BMC. This landed on a manual UEFI shell that required another restart to boot on the PXE Boot script afterwards.
