Add CI Job for Kit Extensions

Add a CI job that:

1. Pulls the Kit samples repository.
2. Builds only the Warp extensions (ideally with a flag to provide the Warp binaries for omni.warp.core instead of rebuilding them).
3. Runs the tests.
