Attention-grabbing badges

I need to repeat myself very often to users:

• "disable debug logs when you're done"
• "please update Z2M before reporting issues" -> "oh, HA didn't tell me there was an update"
• "you need to restart Z2M after changing x"

Describe the solution you'd like

Show some impossible-to-miss badges in top right.
The red dot for restart is waaay too subtle.
Example, use theme colors:

Can't do as the screenshot shows, will make a mess on small screens. Even just the one icon is a tight fit on pages with search inputs & co on the other side.
Would need a different way to show these alerts. Maybe we can make use of the new daisyui component: https://daisyui.com/components/fab/#fab-flower-and-speed-dial
But then again, some users don't like stuff that's always present and "too visible", I guess we'd have to do a dismiss logic.
