FastFarm OMP in version 4.2.1

Goodmorning,
I tried to simulate a wind farm with 4 turbines (IEA15MW) using both FAST.Farm and FAST.Farm OMP. In both cases, I used the ElastoDyn and AeroDyn models for each turbine.
With FAST.Farm, the simulation completes successfully.
With FAST.Farm OMP, the simulation finishes (1000s), but when observing the results in pyDatView, the pitch angle of the second turbine diverges to 90° after 300s, and the power remains at zero until the end of the simulation. The other turbines (1, 3, and 4), however, behave correctly. I don't understand what the problem might be.

Does upgrading your FAST.Farm model to OpenFAST v5 solve the issue?

Could you share plots of what you seeing? Is the issue similar to what is reported in #3272?

No, also with the latest version (v5) we have the same problem.

Presumably you are sharing your results with OMP; can you share the equivalent results in serial mode?

Yes, these are the results in serial mode. Both are obtained with the v 4.2.1.

Interesting. It is a bit difficult to interpret without the serial and OMP solutions overlayed on top of each other, but from what I can tell, the solutions look identical for the first 100 s of simulation, or so, but then start diverging. This sounds like the same issue reported in #3272.

@andrew-platt -- Any ideas?
