Missing Virtual Router parameters from Sunstone

Description

• The option for setting the FLOATING_ONLY configuration for Virtual Router is missing when instantiating from Sunstone.
• There is no field for setting the floating IP, but instead the "Force IPv4" field is used to populate VROUTER_IP parameter when "Floating IP" is selected.

Use case
The FLOATING_ONLY parameter can only be set from CLI or when instantiating a Virtual Router from a Service. This parameter is needed in order to be able to have all options when creating Virtual Routers.
Additionally, it should be possible to force both VROUTER_IP and IP parameters from Sunstone.

Interface Changes

• Add an additional checkbox next to "Floating IP" for this option, next to "Floating IP":

• When "Floating IP" is selected, a new field for "Force Floating IP" or something similar should appear.
