Batch Gets

I couldn't find the support for sending multiple get requests in a batch. HTable supports it and I wonder why this is left out in asynchbase for it looks like a common useful operation.

asynchbase is asynchronous interface, so you can send as many gets as you want in parallel. You limited only by amount of RAM (each Deferred need some of).

I have a use case that a lot of my gets hit just one region server. Being able to batch them will save network traffic and is more efficient for the regionserver to handle.
