I am using OpenVPN connect client version 3.8.0 (Windows 11) and 3.8.1 (MacOS).
With this version, I download the profile from Connect Server. If I do not edit the profile (as in change username or save my password), then I can connect fine.
If I decide to save the password, then, the client times out.
Pinging and Nmap to the VPN port are visible on Connect Server. But there are no packets arriving at the server on connection attempts of Openvpn3 connect.
I have compared the config.json and found no essential difference between the changed and unchanged profile.
Using 3.7.x client works without any problems. So this is introduced by the 3.8.x client version.
