National strategies

We have a clear global goal and global proposal, but many volunteers ask me: what should I do in my country specifically? We should this information on the website. This page should probably be updated regularly, preferably by the leaders of the national chapters.

There are some different ways to achieve this:

• National strategies document, just one file
• Add the info to national chapters document. Make it part of airtable data. Might lead to a cluttered UX, harder to maintain (no commits)
• Combine the info with the supply chain AI chip supply chain visualization - Building the Pause Button #259

Unless you already have a smarter way to solve the writing coordination issues there I don't get why hosting it in the supply chain coverage makes sense. The supply chain is significant in how national chapter actions vary, but doesn't fundamentally define it.

OK, my thoughts/proposals.

From ongoing discussion, different chapters have different amounts to say, and different preferences in how to express it.

Our solution needs to produce something easy for users to find, and cheap for chapter leaders to maintain. (It doesn't particularly need to facilitate comparing or tracking all actions and variance, even though this aggregate perspective is something we creating it would happen to like unusually much.)

I don't think any new information should go beyond a chapter-specific landing page link. Actual content maintained outside.

If chapters want specific markdown post pages on the global website, they get them.

(Chapter websites can register domains and serve multiple pages from URLs under said domains, but maintain the served MD content in the global website repos if they want. We support many individuals maintaining particular pages. Permissions re review/push need explored.)

If they want only a section on a shared md post page (an obvious starting place) they get that.

If they want to maintain information on their own chapter website, this is also fine. We don't want duplication though.
