Description
Currently it is handled in spreadFit, spreadPredict, but also done in fireSense_dataPrepPredict. Should it be consolidated to the dataPrep modules, or left in spread exclusively? Mutually exclusive doesn't apply to ignition/Escape fit, but can apply to ignition/escape predict, if the disaggregated raster values are supposed to be binary classes..
