undo LandWeb-specific workaround for 'CC TSF' filename

the filename associated with ml$CC TSF is Age1.tif which is the entire LandWeb study area, and it needs to be used this way for other parts of the code. However, this becomes a problem during post processing because we expect a cropped TSF raster.

The current workaround is to create the cropped raster as CurrentConditionTSF.tif and explicitly intercept and rename the file in tsf whenever vtm refers to CC VTM file.
