Implement search functionality

Search for projects and skills, and anonymized users in the main frontend

[sdklos]

anonymized user page has link for project lead to click to request volunteering - anonymized user is sent slack message saying "@lead wants you to volunteer for {{project name}}." or something like that. user is also sent email

slack message would either link to volunteering edit page or project show page
