Building the wheel for 3.3.1 yields the following deprecation warnings:

I get this when building projects in azure-sdk-for-python. did you ever understand the error and find a solution?

To fix this issue, I guess the maintainer of the project should remove this section from setup.cfg:

[bdist_wheel]
universal = 1
