Add FMU Interfaces 

It would be nice to have FMU-Interfaces for each module, so that a system which is modelled in a module can be easily exported as an FMU and then simulated independently of the hole building energy system simulation.
We can use the FMI package of the IBPSA library to convert the fluid ports in inputs and outputs for the FMU.
