Rework the Rackula docs homepage into a compact launchpad that sends users into the approved docs paths: Start, Build layouts, Reference, and Deploy.

The homepage should stop behaving like a loose card catalogue. It should present the most useful entry points quickly, with practical copy and direct links to the live app, GitHub, quick start, and deployment docs.

Acceptance criteria

• The homepage introduces Rackula docs with a short practical headline and value statement.
• The primary quick-start path is visible without excessive scrolling.
• Start, Build layouts, Reference, and Deploy are represented as clear entry points.
• Links to the live app and GitHub remain available.
• The page avoids a large marketing-style splash that pushes docs paths below the fold.
• npm run build passes.
