Reshape the Start and Build layouts content so users can move from first-use workflows into practical layout tasks without concept pages feeling detached.

This issue should improve page intros, ordering, cross-links, and next-step paths around quick start, first rack, interface tour, racks, devices, airflow and spacing, and import/export. Keep changes focused on task flow and discoverability rather than rewriting every page for its own sake.

Acceptance criteria

• Start pages guide users from quick start into first rack and interface tour.
• Build layouts pages connect racks, devices, airflow and spacing, and import/export as related workflows.
• Concept material is moved or linked where it supports user tasks.
• Long pages keep useful page outlines and clear next-step links.
• Canadian/British spelling is used throughout touched content.
• npm run build passes.
