Automate releases

I'm starting to support more ways of installing tuckr, doing this manually will just be a lot of work.
I should just create a program that configures all the installation methods and sends a new release when the release numbers are different from the one in Cargo.toml.

Maybe I could even add this to CI eventually idk.

If you want, I can create a brew formula for Tuckr and then open a PR on the official homebrew/core repository.

Personally I don't know ruby, I haven't used brew since I don't really use macs much so I wouldn't be able to test it myself. But feel free to package it for brew.

I only know the bare minimum required to create Brew formulae. Anyway I can create one for you, test it, and submit a pull request to the official repository. Over the past few months, I have created and maintained a few formulae and a personal homebrew tap.
I'll work on the formula, it shouldn't take long. Thanks!

The pull request has been successfully merged into the homebrew/core repository. However, a maintainer has opened PR #132
