Thoughts on merging Relm4/book repository into Relm4/Relm4

@AaronErhardt What do you thing about merging book repository into Relm4/Relm4?

That would allow better synchronization of examples, mimic structure of gtk4-rs repository and it would be easier for book to follow the releases of Relm4.

Surely, we can create git submodules to access examples or Relm4 but it seems to me it would be better to include book into Relm4.

I can prepare PR preserving all the git history.

I think this is a good idea. I must admit that I forgot to update the book in a while, although not a lot has changed that would have needed to be updated.

If you can provide a PR, please go ahead, that would be great!
