Error when compiling ssh-key 0.7.0

Steps to reproduce:

cargo init
cargo add ssh-key@=0.7.0-rc.10
cargo build

Gives the following error:

Reproducible as low as ssh-key=0.7.0-rc.0. Seems to have to do with the recent ssh-cipher v0.3.0 release.
