Wrong char "Single quote" in line 10 and 11

Detailed Description

In the file stm32g4xx.h a wrong single quote symbol is used in line 10 and 11. This results in a x92 symbol when using utf-8 encoding.

In other header files the correct symbol is used.

First, I want to correct something. I meant line 11 and 12 in my bug report.

I use Keil uVision, but generally use any text editor and use utf8 encoding. You will see that the single quote symbol in line 11 and 12 is not correctly displayed. This is due to the use of the wrong symbol.

For example, in Line 9 in stm32g441.h, the correct symbol is used.

This is the correct symbol '
This is the wrong symbol ’
